At Real Serious Games, a significant project I worked on was a series of virtual reality training experiences designed to familiarise the user in various construction and planning techniques. These each required small and large scenes to be created, some as immersive videos and some as quite complex interactive activities.

The development teams consisted of a small core of programmers, designers and artists who worked closely together to complete each experience in the Unity engine.
